The 4 Dimensions of the Brain:
Words: This is your self-talk. Words are tools we say/hear.
Pictures: The brain processes your words into pictures inside of your head.
Emotional State: The pictures that you’ve created inside your head create the emotional state you will be in.
Belief: Your belief (or lack thereof) is created by the emotional state)
